Collect your order free of charge from our Melton warehouse.

Warehouse hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm; Saturday 8am to 4pm. All other times are by appointment only.
What can be collected
Click and collect is offered for all JBM products, and for Marketplace products held in Victoria. Marketplace products held in other states are delivery only. If your cart includes any item that cannot be collected, click and collect is not offered for that order, and the checkout shows which item is the reason.
How it works
- Choose click and collect at checkout and pay online. Payment is captured at the time of sale.
- Wait for our "ready for collection" email. Please do not travel until you receive it. Orders are usually ready within 1 to 2 business days. This is a guide only, and back-ordered items take longer. Marketplace products held in Victoria may need extra time to reach Melton, and we will tell you when to expect them. Click and collect is free.
- Bring your order number and photo ID. If someone else is collecting for you, they need your order number and their own photo ID, and we may ask for your name and a phone number to verify.
- Check your goods before you leave. Report any damage or errors to the warehouse team straight away.
Loading
Please bring a suitable vehicle, tie-downs and protection for your goods. Our team will help with loading where it is safe to do so. For safety, closed footwear is required in the warehouse and customers must follow staff directions at all times.
Uncollected orders
We hold collection orders for 14 days. After that we will contact you to arrange collection or delivery, and we may cancel the order and refund you less any costs we have incurred, such as storage or restocking.
