- Payment details: processed by Stripe and PayPal. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card type and last four digits, but not your full card number.
- Business details: if you buy for a business, the business name and ABN.
- Website use: device, browser and page-view information, collected through cookies and, with your consent, Google Analytics.
- Form protection: our public forms, such as contact, quote, complaint, sign-in and account forms, are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks device and usage information to tell people from automated spam. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, place an order, request a quote or contact us, and automatically through cookies when you use the website.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order, issue tax invoices, and arrange collection.
- To provide quotes, customer service, returns and warranty support.
- To operate and secure our website, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it, where you have consented to analytics.
- To send you marketing emails, only if you have agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed with:
- Our delivery partner, to quote and deliver your order. This includes your name, delivery address and phone number.
- Payment providers, Stripe and PayPal, to take payment and prevent fraud.
- Marketplace suppliers, who are given only the order information they need to prepare your goods for dispatch. They do not receive your name, email, phone or address.
- Service providers, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics and IT support providers, who handle data on our behalf.
- Professional advisers, regulators and law enforcement, where the law requires or allows it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas disclosure
Our website and the information you give us are hosted by our hosting provider, Hostinger, on servers in Indonesia. Some of our service providers, including payment processors and analytics providers such as Stripe, PayPal and Google, may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information appropriately.
Cookies and analytics
We use one strictly necessary cookie for your basket and sign-in. We ask for your consent before using analytics cookies. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie for one year, and you can change your browser settings or your choice at any time.

Security and retention

Access, correction and complaints

If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first and we will investigate and reply in writing.
